There are four (4) electives required to be completed, to be awarded the Bachelor of Business

There are four (4) electives required to be completed, to be awarded the Bachelor of Business (Human Resources)

Support the recruitment, selection and induction of staff

There are four (4) electives required to be completed, to be awarded the Bachelor of Business (Administration)

Plan and implement administrative systems

Plan and manage conferences

Manage and monitor business or records systems

There are eight (8) electives required to be completed, to be awarded the Bachelor of Business (International Business)

Report on finances related to international business

Analyse data from international markets

Forecast international market and business needs

Elective Units –Franchising

There are five (5) electives required to be completed, to be awarded the Bachelor of Business (Franchising)

Establish a franchise operation

Manage a franchise operation

Manage establishment of new sites or regions

Manage relationships with franchisees

Manage closure of a franchise

Elective Units –Work Health & Safety

There are four (4) electives required to be completed, to be awarded the Bachelor of Business (Work Health & Safety)

Mange risk

Ensure a safe workplace

Contribute to implementing and maintaining WH&S management systems

Assist with compliance of WH&S Legislation

Elective Units –International Masters of Business Administration (iMBA)

Pre-Requisites completion of either of

  • Bachelor of Business (Administration) or
  • Bachelor of Business (International Business)

And completion of a thesis under the guidance of the academic staff

Course Duration

As there are no set classes or timetables students can study in their own time at their own pace it is expected that students will complete the program in 1 to 3 years.

No penalties apply if students take up to 5 years.

Final Assessment

Students liaise with their nominated assessor / mentor in relation to final assessment methodology which can either be a thesis or workplace observation (refer to student handbook for details)

Earn a dual qualification

Students can earn an Australian Nationally Recognised Qualification (at no additional cost), care must be taken when selecting electives to meet the diploma requirements, please contact our administration staff for advice.
